I’m Daphny Lauren Bravo (or DLaurenB), 1st gen Cuban-American, Mama of 2 and EXTRA colorFULL human.

I spent my first 3 decades fairly colorLESS- wrapped in a black suit, tied to a list of boxes I thought I had to check.

I had done all the “right” things on paper, I went to NYU to study business, graduated with a corporate gig and got married before I turned 25 … BUT I was also depressed, overweight, and completely self denied.

I had never followed my own path, and it turned out financial success wasn’t enough to fill the void.

So when my son was born, I took stock of what happiness I had to offer him & when I found only sadness to give, I blew up the box I was living in to find another way.

With a little more room for me, my creative side bloomed & color became a vehicle for change in my life.

I studied color through art, decor & eventually intentions & energy. I studied how color affects our bodies and energetic flows and began using it daily to guide the changes I wanted to see.

The more I leaned into this light language, the more it offered me amplification in ways I never thought possible.

I am so honored to share my methods & tools for the amplification of your colorFULL life.
